Originally from Hawaii, Laz has split the bulk of his musical career between Japan as a record producer and the U.S., as a fixture in the Seattle music scene.

He is a co-founder of the Electronic Music Collective in Seattle. His musical influences & tastes range from Blues & Gospel, to Bhangra & Reggaeton, even Break Beat and Trance.
