Siem Reap II by the waterfront is one of the most ideal and classic alfresco-styled cafés in Singapore. Its interior is constructed with minimal design, incorporating the inherent look of the historical building with spot-lighted Buddha figurines and an open- concept kitchen.

Exquisite Cuisine
IndoChine styled cuisine is the other attraction at Siem Reap II. Dishes served are a combination of delights from Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. For starters, guests can savour a wide array of salads, like Tam Som, Green Papaya salad or nibble on freshly-wrapped Gõi Cuõn (Vietnamese fresh rice paper rolls).
Sumptuous main courses can be chosen from a variety of rice and noodle dishes. Spicy Khao Poon Nam Pa (Laotian-style Laksa) is our chef’s recommendation and one may even specify the grade of spiciness in this particular dish.
Pho Bo, (Beef Noodles Soup), is Siem Reap II’s other signature dish. Made with strong yet delicate stock together with flat rice noodles, sliced lean beef, springy beef ball, lettuce, bean sprouts and lime, it’s one dish that will keep a person coming back for more.

In addition to selections from the golden triangle, Siem Reap II also serves up some delightful western choices. According to some customers, the café is said to flip up one of the best burgers in Singapore!
Our Beef Burger is carefully prepared with seasoned beef patty, fresh tomatoes, sliced cheese, caramelised onions and mayonnaise, while our Chicken Burger is made of the juiciest char-grilled chicken, with fresh avocado, lettuce and cheese.
To top it all up, our burgers are complemented with a specially created sweet chilli-mayonnaise. Lastly, desserts and our famous Vietnamese filtered coffee will give any guests their final lift!
