Part of the IndoChine family and in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s bustling nightlife district, CoChine Restaurant is not to be missed. The perfect settings for both a family dinner or as a launching pad for a great night out with friends – there is something for everyone, both young and old.

Venue Decor

The IndoChine Group is about a holistic lifestyle concept, encompassing fashion, sports, art, food, entertaining, design and even nutrition. This is integrated into a part of modern living and is best reflected by the unique and distinctive interior décor at CoChine Restaurant.

The furniture and artifacts used are from a variety of different regions and culture and is often a juxtaposition of new age against old, the loud against the mellow. For example, Sukothai artifacts are presented alongside Thai opium beds located in strategic areas of the outlets and are specially wrapped in silk to create a sensuous and lush environment.

The staff uniform is made of hand-made Laotian cotton with Mandarin collars. The cotton material provides a raw, textured look that exudes and authentic, unique characteristic yet providing ample comfort.

Menu Approach

With a menu not found anywhere outside the streets of Phnom Penh, Vientiane or Luang Phrabang, the restaurant offers the exciting tastes of unique herbs and spices in a wide selection of traditionally prepared Indochinese dishes from the Delta Trinity.

Enjoy the diverse yet authentic culinary tastes of Vietnamese, Laotian and Cambodian foods on offer, with servings of Cha Gio – deep fried Vietnamese spring rolls, filled with fresh mushrooms and bean vermicelli and the all-time favourite, Tom Som Laotian Green Papaya Salad. The Laotian Larb Kai also comes highly recommended, alongside the aromatic Butter Garlic Beef of Danang.

In line with the IndoChine Group's philosophy of serving "nutriceutical" foods (that is nutritious foods with wellbalanced pharmaceutical benefits), guests can rest assured that all dishes are prepared with care and using only the finest ingredients. Never compromising on taste and quality – the gastronomic delights at CoChine Restaurant will have you asking for more.
