Planning Process

Our planning process is simple and professional. Here's what to expect.

  1. contact us to discuss your event dates and number of guests.
  2. A detailed package with menus, prices and floor plans will be sent to you. Your event date can be placed "on hold" at this time while reviewing the material.
  3. When details and decisions are confirmed a contract will be sent for your review and signature.
  4. If you are planning a lunch or dinner event, we recommend selecting your final menu one week prior to your event to ensure the freshest seasonal ingredients.
  5. Our team can assist you in selecting the perfect wine to compliment your lunch or dinner menu.
  6. Finally, we can furthur assist in your additional requirements for flowers, music and audio-visual needs.
